Subprocessor List

K.N.W. Business Advisors LLC uses the following third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to deliver the PreFlight AI platform. Each subprocessor is contractually required to process data only on our instructions, to maintain appropriate security standards, and not to use your data for their own purposes.
We review our subprocessor relationships regularly. Material changes will be communicated to registered users with at least 14 days notice.

AI Processing Note
Anthropic, PBC processes content you upload through the PreFlight AI platform using their large language model infrastructure. This processing is limited to generating your diagnostic report. Your data is not used to train AI models by Anthropic or by K.N.W. Business Advisors LLC. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their API Data Usage Policy, available at anthropic.com.
