Your organization receives a scored Governance Readiness Tier, a plain-language AI-generated report, a regulatory exposure statement specific to your industry, and a prioritized control gap list.
• Dashboard Redesign: The main dashboard has been redesigned with a persistent sidebar navigation, cleaner layout, and improved audit history display. If the interface looks different than you remember, this is why.
• Welcome Page Redesign: The sign-in gateway has been updated to a clean, light-mode experience. Same account, new look.

• Success Definition Pre-Condition Gate: Before the full diagnostic, PreFlight AI now asks five questions to confirm your organization has defined what success looks like. Pass and you proceed to the full audit. Do not pass and you receive a Pre-Readiness Report with a clear action plan.
• Accountability Architecture: New questions requiring a named human accountable for AI decisions. If no owner is named, the gap is flagged as critical at the top of your report.
• Data Governance Depth: Deeper assessment covering data quality, ownership, audit history, and sensitivity classification.
• Bug fix: The analysis page processing time has been corrected. Audits take 2 to 4 minutes, not 20 to 40 seconds as previously displayed.

• Governance Subscription: Governance is not a one-time assessment. Regulations evolve. AI tools change. Your organization grows. The governance subscription keeps your baseline current with annual refresh assessments, regulatory update alerts when OECD, ISO, or NIST issue new guidance, and a board-ready PDF export formatted for investor or regulator presentation.
• Workflow Documentation Check: The diagnostic will assess whether your organization's workflows are fully documented end-to-end, including edge cases, exceptions, and handoff points. Tribal knowledge is the most common gap between a successful pilot and a failed rollout.
